Creates and/or prepares and disseminates weekly, monthly, and annual reports as they relate to operations at the airport. Under the direction of the Jones College Dean, the Center Director will work with the Jones College faculty and staff each semester to create a slate of workshops for companies across Middle Tennessee. These workshops will include face-to-face, online, and hybrid training modules. The workshops should cover contemporary skills and bodies of knowledge (i.e., artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, leadership, Six Sigma, ChatGPT, data analytics, workplace incivility) needed by employees across any industry sector.
The job will include meeting with companies to determine the area’s training needs, evaluating training initiatives, organizing workshops for each semester, curating the marketing initiatives for the workshops, including the brochure, and choosing appropriate social media outlets.
